BEARS END YEAR WITH VICTORY OVER ST. AGNES
The Cathedral Bears ended 2008 with 53-25 victory over St. Agnes. Cathedral had a 26-17 lead at the half, and were able to extend that lead in the third and fourth quarters, holding St. Agnes to only 9 points in the second half. The Bears were led in scoring by Tassica Halstead (17) and Kelly Yevoli (12). Megan Kagahastian added 10 points in her first game of the season.
